Please have your Personal Health Number (Care Card) and requisition ready before you request a booking. The appointments shown on the portal are updated regularly and you will not get a sooner appointment by calling the clinic. We recommend you check back on the portal to see if there is a sooner date. Obstetrical, Nuchal Translucency, Breast (Mammograms and Ultrasound) and Fibroscans are NOT eligible for booking on the portal as this time. Please request an appointment/log into your account and upload your requisition. NSMI staff will book and email you an appointment based on your booking preferences. If you need to rebook, please call the clinic. If your appointment is Urgent your Physician would have indicated it on the requisition. Please request an appointment/log into your account, upload your requisition and then call the clinic. NSMI staff will book the appointment for you.
